The City of Temecula, the County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District have all approved an agreement covering Stage 2 of Line A of the Butterfield Stage Road Storm Drain project.The Temecula City Council approved the agreement November 12. The Riverside County Board of Supervisors members are also the board members of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, and during the December 3 Board of Supervisors meeting a pair of 5-0 votes approved the agreement on behalf of the county and on behalf of the flood control district.The agreement provides the terms and conditions for county and flood control district funding to design and construct the flood control facility.
