KOYT-FM 97.1 Anza Community Broadcasting announced the winners of their fourth annual Light Up The Valley holiday light decoration contest for Anza Valley residents Monday, Dec. 30.Yilberto's Mexican Restaurant was the Community Favorite winner, selected by popular community vote. Overland Realty was the Koyote Favorite winner, selected by KOYT staff vote.
