Supervisors approve lease for Treasurer-Tax Collector office in Temecula

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a lease for a Treasurer-Tax Collector office in Temecula.The supervisors voted 5-0 December 3 to approve a five-year lease. The county’s lease for the 4,352 square feet in the 40800 block of County Center Drive includes two additional options for five-year extensions.An August 2022 Board of Supervisors action authorized the Real Estate division of the county’s Facilities Management department to locate suitable office space for a Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector office in the Temecula area. The Real Estate division issued a request for proposals and received responses from numerous landlords.
