SAN BERNARDINO – The San Bernardino National Forest is set to begin prescribed fire operations on its three ranger districts this month, with activities expected continue through June as conditions allow. Prescribed fire activities have been implemented by the forest on a regular, planned basis for years and this fall and winter is no exception. However, operations have been delayed by fuels and fire conditions across Southern California this December and January.
