It’s an interesting time, and there are some real opportunities to use AI in ways that can boost efficiency and potentially save money.At Reeder Media, we’ve always been committed to learning and finding smarter, more cost-effective ways to operate. One thing we’ve fought hard to keep—while most other papers have let it go—is a live person answering the phone.
