Anza’s Sacred Heart Catholic Church presented a live Easter Passion play for the church’s parishioners, visitors and friends Saturday, April 19. Conducted entirely in Spanish, the performance reenacted the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, played by role players from Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Desert Hot Springs.Esther Barragan opened the play with a short prayer.
