All facilities are open and fully operational after bomb threats were called into all Riverside Medical Clinics this morning, Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025.
Murrieta Police report that all roads leading to and around Rancho Springs are now open as of 1:15 pm.

Police departments were responding to facilities in their separate areas.
Rancho Springs Hospital is open and fully operational, but all nearby roads have been temporarily shut down to alleviate traffic congestion in and around the hospital as the result of the bomb threat.
“It is precautionary,” said Brian Conners, from Rancho Springs Hospital,
 The Murrieta Police Dept. wrote on their Facebook page, “At this time, we ask the community to please remain out of the area…”
Lt. Bickers from Riverside Police Department said a search was done at the Riverside Medical Center in the 21000 block of Retreat Park Way and there was no credible threat.”
