Locally sourced dessert recipe brings a taste of the holidays to Aguanga
Aguanga resident and Knöppelåsen owner Annika Knöppel is sharing a sweet seasonal treat straight from her kitchen - a rustic apple-elderberry cobbler that celebrates local flavors just in time for the holidays.Knöppelåsen, her nonprofit organization, focuses on regenerative agriculture, native plant education and sustainable gardening - and this dessert fits right in with that mission.“This recipe was adapted from an apple-blackberry cobbler featured in Country Living magazine,” Knöppel said. “I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.”
