TEMECULA – On September 23, 2025, the City Council appointed 18 community members to serve on the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC). The GPAC is a citizen-based, ad hoc committee that includes residents, business and property owners, and key stakeholders in the community. GPAC members represent the community’s interests and serve as liaisons between the General Plan Update project team and the general public.
