As Friday’s atmospheric river began drenching the Anza Valley, a bright double rainbow stretched across the horizon, offering a fleeting splash of color before the downpours took hold.The Nov. 14 storm brought a long plume of Pacific moisture into Southern California, sending steady rain and blustery conditions across the Valley.
