After a brief hiatus, the Anza Community Thanksgiving Dinner made a joyful return this year, bringing together nearly 200 local residents for a warm holiday meal served at the Anza Community Hall Thursday, Nov. 27. The revived tradition was made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers, including members of Living Hope Christian Fellowship and students and staff from Olivet University Riverside.Led by community organizer Robyn Garrison, volunteers spent Thanksgiving Day preparing and serving a full holiday feast - roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, jalapeño creamed corn and a wide selection of homemade desserts. For many, it was a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with neighbors after several years without the event.[gallery td_select_gallery_slide="slide" ids="105420
