TEMECULA – Rohan Sharma, recently appointed Commissioner for the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Zone 7), has been formally recognized by both federal and state legislatures for his selection to the U.S. Department of State’s Fulbright Specialist Roster.In February 2026, Sharma was awarded a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition by U.S. Representative Darrell Issa, alongside a Certificate of Recognition from California Assemblywoman Kate Sanchez.
