RIVERSIDE – The Riverside County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder’s Office is advising property owners to carefully review any mailed notice requesting payment for property records, property profiles, or copies of recorded deeds.The office has received inquiries from residents who received letters referencing recently recorded property documents and requesting payment.
