The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District will undertake six proposed projects, including Azusa Channel in Menifee Valley and Stage 3 of the Morgan Valley Wash in Temecula Creek.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors members are also the board members of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
