A tentative tract map including 120 residential lots on a 26.94-acre Winchester Hills property was approved by the County of Riverside’s Planning Commission.The Planning Commission voted 4-0 June 24, with Bill Sanchez absent, to approve the tentative map. The land is within the Winchester Hills Specific Plan area, and the Planning Commission also found that the Environmental Impact Report for the specific plan adequately analyzed the project and no subsequent circumstances would require additional documentation.The site is south of Olive Avenue, north of Salt Creek, east of Leon Road, and west of Rice Road.
