The splash pad at the Lake Skinner Recreation Area will be replaced.The Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District will be issuing a purchase order for replacement equipment. The Riverside County Board of Supervisors, which also acts as the board for the Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District, voted 3-0 on July 14 with Chuck Washington and Manuel Perez absent to authorize a purchase order.
