Conglomerates must relax tip policy to prevent religious restaurant dominance
Conglomerates whose holdings include restaurant chains must balance their policies between those who are religious and those who aren’t. They also must balance their policies to prevent religious-owned restaurants from dominating the industry.Hardy Elementary School was kindergarten through sixth grade when I was a student there, so our 50-year class reunion would be this year. Edward L. Hardy was the president of what was San Diego State College when the campus moved from Normal Street to its current Montezuma Mesa site, and Hardy Elementary School is adjacent to San Diego State. Since there are too few 1976 Hardy graduates to justify the fixed costs of a hotel banquet room, restaurants within a few miles of the San Diego-La Mesa border are the best options for a reunion gathering.
