The City of Wildomar will realign a segment of Bundy Canyon Road, and the August 12 Wildomar City Council meeting included approval of tribal agreements to provide cultural resource monitoring during grading.A single 5-0 vote approved agreements with the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians and the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians. The agreements formalize with each tribe the procedures for the treatment of Native American human remains, grave goods, funerary objects, ceremonial items, and cultural items in the event any are found in conjunction with the work.The Bundy Canyon Road Improvement Project will realign the road both vertically and horizontally between Oak Canyon Drive and just east of The Farm Road.
