Other than completion of the warranty period Lennar Homes has completed its obligations for on-site street improvements of Lennar’s Saddle Point development. On August 11 the Hemet City Council voted 5-0 to accept the on-site street improvements for the project while reducing the remaining bond amount.In July 2021 the city council approved a tract map creating 294 residential lots, one lot for park and recreation purposes, 23 lots for street and public utility purposes, 10 lettered lots for landscape and maintenance purposes, and one lot for access and maintenance purposes. The streets were named or were improvements of Spur Drive, Old Wagon Drive, Lasso Drive, Chute Drive, Bronco Road, Via Borrego, Rodeo Drive, Manila Street, Cottage Drive, Old Canyon Drive, Breachy Way, Coyote Stre
