Coroner’s office IDs woman killed in Temescal Valley crash

TEMESCAL VALLEY (CNS) – Coroner’s officials today released the name of a 21-year-old motorist who was fatally injured when she plowed into a tree amid a downpour south of Corona.

Jessina Azmi Hweidi of Corona was killed in a crash that happened about 3 p.m. Thursday on Knabe Road, near White Sage Road, in the Temescal Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The agency said the woman may have been speeding in her Toyota SUV prior to the crash on the drenched blacktop.

Riverside County Fire Department paramedics arrived within a few minutes and found Hweidi lying next to the heavily damaged vehicle.
