Small aircraft sustains damage in Lake Riverside Estates landing, no injuries reported

A small aircraft sustained significant damage to its wing and propeller after a rough landing in the unincorporated area of Aguanga on the morning of August 14, but no injuries were reported, authorities said.Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched at 8:43 a.m. to the 49000 block of Sky Harbor Way in Lake Riverside Estates following reports of a plane appearing to be on its side, said Sgt. Wenndy Brito-Gonzalez of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
