EVMWD to seek State Revolving Fund loan for Mission Trail trunk sewer

The State Water Resources Control Board has a State Revolving Fund which provides 20-year loans at interest rates between 1.5 percent and 3.0 percent, and the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will be seeking a State Revolving Fund loan for Phase II of the district’s Mission Trail trunk sewer project.The December 11 EVMWD board meeting included a 5-0 vote to adopt a resolution authorizing EVMWD general manager Greg Thomas to submit an application for a State Revolving Fund loan.
