Infrastructure Engineering Corporation has been awarded the construction management contract for the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District project to replace Peck Street and Chestnut Street sewer mains in Lake Elsinore.A 4-0 EVMWD board vote July 22, with one vacant seat, approved a $316,301 professional services agreement with IEC.
