County of Riverside Code Enforcement announced Thursday, Jan. 13, that Senior Code Officer Justin Gardiner was selected as the Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2021.Officer Gardiner joined Code Enforcement in March 2020. He was recently promoted to the Senior Officer position in administration and elected to the board of directors of the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers.
