The Hamilton Bobcat football team won their second game of the season in Carlsbad against Army-Navy Academy Friday, Aug. 30.A successful team effort resulted in a 31-8 victory for the Bobcats.Many of the team’s athletes had big plays. Dakota Lassen (1) had nearly 100 yards rushing and two rushing touchdowns. Tyler Haar (14) had almost 200 yards passing and one passing touchdown to receiver Adam Carrillo (8). Luis Martinez (12) had the biggest impact on the game with his one rushing touchdown and his defensive efforts. On defense, Martinez made over 10 tackles and returned an interception for a touchdown.
