During a Thursday, Aug. 29, tour of the Scott Road and Interstate 15 interchange project Menifee city officials and others learned about the project and how its completion would help to ease traffic for commuters and residents alike.City officials, including Menifee Mayor Bill Zimmerman, dignitaries and a handful of others gathered at the jobsite trailer on Bailey Park Boulevard near Haun Road before heading over to Scott Road for a project overview and on-site tour.The $57.8 million project is expected to be completed later this year and includes a realignment of the northbound on-ramp to include three lanes with an HOV meter, a new northbound off-ramp loop to provide continuous movement for traffic traveling westbound on Scott Road will be added.
