LAKE ELSINORE – An illegal marijuana grow operation was discovered at a home in Lake Elsinore, the second such discovery in as many days in the city, authorities said.After receiving complaints of possible illegal activity at a house on Via Del Renal Court, deputies served a search warrant at the home at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8 and located about 700 marijuana plants inside and an electrical system that "had been illegally altered causing a severe fire hazard," according to Sgt.
