CATHEDRAL CITY (CNS) - A 47-year-old Hemet woman died Monday after the vehicle she was driving smashed into a cement median in Cathedral City, authorities said.Officers responded just after midnight to the scene of a car crash on Dinah Shore Drive, east of Cathedral Canyon Drive, the Cathedral City Police Department reported, where they found a single vehicle had crashed into the center median.The driver, Annette Sepulveda, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel.A male passenger suffered major injuries and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, police said.A preliminary investigation showed the vehicle was traveling east on Dinah Shore and collided with the cement median at "a high rate of speed," according to a police statement.It is unkn
