Murrieta woman nominated for National Cheer Coach of the Year
Sixty-two cheerleading coaches from across the United States are vying for the annual National Cheer Coach of the Year award, which honors coaches who have made a positive impact in the lives of their students and communities. These coaches have been nominated by members of their respective communities, and Kellie Elliott of Pacific Coast Magic in Murrieta is on that list.Elliott moved to California in 2000 after graduating from Elmira College, and in May 2005, she opened Pacific Coast Magic Inc. with her husband Jarret Elliott, who is a retired U.S. Navy chief petty officer with over 20 years of service.
