Murrieta Rotary seeks school speech contestants
MURRIETA – The Rotary Club of Murrieta’s Four-Way Speech Contest will be held Wednesday, April 8, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Murrieta Valley School District auditorium. High school–age students living in the local area are invited to compete. The deadline for entries is Friday, March 20.The contest gives speakers the opportunity to address current topics using Rotary’s Four-Way Test concepts as criteria and discussion points. The Murrieta contest will award $800 in cash prizes. The winner will advance to the district elimination contest to be held in Norco, April 25.
