HEMET – Michael Culton of Brubaker-Culton Real Estate and Development in Hemet was featured in the Southern California Edition of Top Agent Magazine in April 2020.

Culton, 73, started with Brubaker-Culton Real Estate and Development June 1, 1976. His largest real estate sale was the Hemet Dodge Dealership for $4 million.
He graduated from Hemet High School, went to Mt San Jacinto College, played football and still holds the punting average record for the school. Next, he went to La Verne College. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 1970 NFL draft. He married Candace Culton in 1983. They have two children, Lainie and Marc.
