Three people were hospitalized early Tuesday morning after a major crash at a San Jacinto intersection.A two-vehicle crash was reported about 12:55 a.m. at 7th and Hewitt streets, according to Cal Fire Riverside on Twitter.Fire officials initially said two patients were extricated and taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Cal Fire Riverside later stated an additional person was also taken to a hospital.There was no immediate information on the circumstances surrounding the crash.
