TEMECULA – Local artists are invited to participate in Temecula’s 13th annual Ralph Love Plein Air Competition from Thursday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Oct. 4.Plein air artists are invited every year to paint different locations around Temecula during the competition. Canvas submissions must be stamped from Thursday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Oct. 4, to qualify for judging.
