Hemet announces new tool to report service problems with SeeClickFix app

The Hemet City Council and staff, who are sometimes criticized for city workers being slow to respond to service requests, launched a citizen first platform to facilitate those requests through a SeeClickFix mobile app device. Citizens finding potholes, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles and graffiti can now, by using the SeeClickFix app on their cellphones or notebooks can instantly send photos, videos and other messages directly to the city maintenance crews for a quicker response. “I encourage everyone who can, to utilize this tool as a way of improving our community. We can all be a part of the solution by reporting, following and getting an overall better understanding of the good work Hemet employees are doing to resolve the requests and concerns of our residents,” Hemet M
