Two injured, one seriously in Menifee collision

MENIFEE (CNS) - Two motorists were injured, one seriously, in a collision Monday, Oct. 12 at a Menifee intersection. The crash happened about 2:10 p.m. at Rose Meadow Drive and Simpson Road, and firefighters had to extricate one victim from the wreckage, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. The unidentified party was taken to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar for treatment. The other driver was taken to the same facility with minor injuries. Sheriff's deputies partially closed the intersection and were investigating the cause of the crash.
