Hemet man who fatally stabbed older brother sentenced

INDIO (CNS) - A 38-year-old man who fatally stabbed his older brother during an unprovoked attack at their family home near Hemet was sentenced Friday, Oct. 23 to 16 years to life in state prison. An Indio jury in August found Timothy Anthony Condoluci of Hemet guilty of second-degree murder for the 2019 killing of 41-year-old Michael W. Condoluci, also of Hemet. Along with the murder count, jurors convicted the defendant of a sentence-enhancing allegation of using a deadly weapon -- a knife -- in the commission of a felony. Riverside County Superior Court Judge James Hawkins imposed the sentence required by law for the offenses. According to the District Attorney's Office, the defendant attacked his brother on the night of July 10, 2019, behind their family's house at 26740 Green Ave.
