Staff WriterThe “Riverside Maga Drag the Interstate Trump Rally” advertised on Facebook that began in Riverside and traveled nearly 60 miles to Temecula caused some controversy Sunday, Nov. 1.The extremely large caravan of vehicles, many adorned with pro-President Donald Trump flags and decorations, that began at an In-N-Out Burger on Van Buren Boulevard wound its way along the 91 Freeway and southbound on Interstate 15 came to an end at the Ronald Reagan Sports Park, which also includes the Temecula Community Recreation Center. According to at least one person working as a voting assistance officer at the Temecula CRC, which is one of six locations in the city, the flood of people and vehicles that descended on the parking lot was causing problems for voters.
