LAKE ELSINORE – Director Phil Williams was elected president at the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District board meeting Thursday, Dec. 10, after a 5-0 vote by the board. Williams’ leadership has focused on ensuring fiscal responsibility, increasing education and assistance opportunities and strategically managing local water supplies for a sustainable future.
