CHIRIACO SUMMIT (CNS) - Three people were injured this morning in a crash involving a commercial vehicle on the 10 Freeway west of Chiriaco Summit, 19 miles west of Desert Center.The crash was reported at 4:49 a.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free the three patients from the wreckage and they were taken to hospitals for treatment of moderate injuries, fire officials said.
