Come together: Oak Grove to put on free virtual concert

Oak Grove Center in Murrieta is hosting a free virtual concert Friday, Feb. 12, to help bring people together, despite being apart during the pandemic. “Everybody’s a little bit bored, let’s just start with that,” Tammy Wilson, licensed marriage and family therapist and CEO of Oak Grove Center, said. “The idea was for doing a virtual concert because musicians that are unbelievably talented too miss performing, that is like their lifeblood.” Kristi Piatkowski, development director at Oak Grove, toured the studio with Wilson in October. One of the artists who will be performing for the virtual concert, Joanna Pearl, has a long history with Oak Grove, Wilson said. “I love her, I love every time that I’ve ever seen her perform,” Wilson said. “She just lays it down
