With the ups and downs of county and state COVID-19 health mandates, Missy Carver Boulton can again offer breakfast at the restaurant she and husband Tracy run in Aguanga. French toast, eggs, omelets, sausage, pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos and sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, grits and bacon and any combination thereof are now offered at Missy’s 15th Hole Bar and Grill Saturdays and Sundays from 8-11 a.m. Boulton is weathering the coronavirus pandemic, despite county mandates regarding indoor dining, seating, social distancing, masks, takeout and related food shortages and price increases. “We had just opened maybe just a month before everything crumbled,” she said. “To start we had to change our hours.
