HEMET – Students enrolled in art teacher Rachel Blazek’s class at Acacia Middle School in Hemet Unified School District advocated for social justice issues of their choice through a recent poster art project. Students researched social issues and drew a poster with the end goal of bringing education and awareness to social justice issues that were important to the students. Some of the topics covered were bullying, inequality and the environment.
