HEMET – Students enrolled in art teacher Rachel Blazek’s class at Acacia Middle School in Hemet Unified School District advocated for social justice issues of their choice through a recent poster art project. Students researched social issues and drew a poster with the end goal of bringing education and awareness to social justice issues that were important to the students.Some of the topics covered were bullying, inequality and the environment.
