Lake Elsinore Councilmember Brian Tisdale accepted a rebate check from the Western Riverside Council of Governments on behalf of the city at the regular city council meeting, Tuesday, April 13. The nearly $400,000 rebate was a result of the city’s participation in the Regional Streetlight Program, which was initiated in 2014.
