Temecula and EMWD approve Heirloom Farms CFD
The community facilities district for the Heirloom Farms development in north Temecula was approved recently.The CFD will pay for Temecula services and also city infrastructure, and the CFD will also finance Eastern Municipal Water District infrastructure.
