San Jacinto Council to approve Los Mareados Seafood development loan assumption
The San Jacinto City Council after a long discussion with a concern about new business owners having to assume responsibility of the city’s development loans to the closed Mason Jar Ranch business, passed an agreement to allow the new owners to start their operations in the same location.The new owners of the former Mason Jar Ranch facility, Los Mareados Seafood and Entertainment, agreed once the city attorney agrees to reduce the city loan, originally almost $220,000, for one more year of the 10-year original loan, to take over the facility that was internally completely renovated by Mason Jar in its three years of operation.
