Murrieta resident, Lisa Smith, has once again been selected to compete for the Ms. Health and Fitness title and an appearance on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine. Ms. Health and Fitness is an online, fan voting competition featuring thousands of active lifestyle models from everywhere in the world. The grand prize winner will not only receive the honor of gracing the cover of the magazine, but they will also take home a cash prize.

Smith, 44 has lived in the area for over 15 years and is a Holistic Life & Health coach and published writer and says she feels blessed to be chosen again. “I was in the running last year for the 2020 title and even reached the Top 12 of my age group.”

Lisa will be the only competitor to use the prize money to provide affordable housing for others.

“It is my mission to positively shape the future, using my life to uplift many, many more,” she says.

Smith also says that fitness positively influenced her life by activating the much-needed endorphins that fight off the blues, and it gave her a safe space and an outlet to release worries and things outside of her control.

“I have gained so much natural energy, attained the best version of my body, gotten a turbo boost of confidence, and I am at an ideal place for self-care at no cost.”

What Smith needs most right now is votes from the local community in order to progress her mission of helping others. The voting begins Monday, June 14, at 10 a.m. To vote for Lisa Smith, go online to http://www.mshealthandfitness.com/2021/lisa-smith.
