Final maps for two Sommers Bend tracts approved

The Temecula City Council approved the final subdivision maps for two tracts of the Sommers Bend development.The city council’s 5-0 vote July 13 approved the maps for the tracts totaling 50.2 acres and also approved the security agreements for the parcel maps. The property is on the east side of Butterfield Stage Road between Calle Chapos and Murrieta Hot Springs Road.Sommers Bend was known as Roripaugh Ranch Phase II when the city’s Planning Commission approved the tentative maps for the two tracts in June 2018.
