MENIFEE (CNS) - Trucks hauling building materials to and from a housing development on the east side of Menifee will be restricted to a route intended to impose the fewest impediments to residential traffic, city officials announced today."The city wants to eliminate frustration for drivers as much as possible during construction, and we appreciate their patience,'' Mayor Bill Zimmerman said.
