LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) - Felony charges are expected to be filed tomorrow against a 45 year-old Lake Elsinore man suspected of sexually assaulting a child.Selvin Garcia Yax was arrested and booked into the Benoit Detention Center in Indio on Saturday on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a minor, lewd acts on a child under 14 years old, repeat sexual abuse of an underage victim, forced oral copulation and kidnapping. Yax is being held on $1 million bail.According to Riverside County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Jeff Reese, detectives were alerted Friday to the alleged abuse, prompting them to interview the suspect at his residence in the 400 block of Pottery Street, where he was taken into custody without incident hours later.No details were disclosed regarding the nature of Y
