Murrieta shares Beyond Food Mart CEQA study with residents

The city of Murrieta is inviting residents to review a California Environmental Quality Act study for a new project at the northeast corner of Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Jackson Avenue. According to a news release issued by the city of Murrieta, staff prepared a draft initial study/mitigated negative declaration that identifies and evaluates the environmental impacts of the Beyond Food Mart at Jackson Avenue project, in accordance with CEQA. CEQA requires state and local government agencies to inform decision makers and the public about the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and to reduce those impacts as much as possible.
